We strongly advise all guests to book tickets online in advance, particularly when planning to visit during weekends, in the summer or on school holidays.
During weekends and holiday periods, please be aware that there may be a short wait to enter the aquarium.
If you’re planning to buy your tickets on the day of your visit from our ticket office, here’s some important information you need to know about.
During off-peak periods you can purchase a ticket from our main entrance and enter the attraction within a few minutes, with a security check and photo opportunity before you enter. There may be a small queue whilst you wait for your security check.
During peak periods, such as school holidays and weekends, we are extremely popular and all ticket holders must book into a time slot
Please note, when you arrive for your time slot, there can be a small wait to enter the attraction whilst you we complete a security check on all guests.
